I’ve been promoting ranked choice voting in Oklahoma. Starting at the state or local level is preferable with the vast majority of issues, IMHO.

But I disagree that NPV is preferable and am not persuaded that enacting the NPV Compact won’t make it more difficult to implement other, better election reforms.
